MemberShift Mastermind: 90-Day Group Coaching

What to Expect:

  • Coaching Intensives via Zoom: Exclusive access to three 90-minute monthly live coaching calls with Sarah centered around the month’s lesson plus additional tips, best practices, accountability circles, and review to help you leverage and apply what you learn.
    • Month 1 — Sarah introduces the concepts of member engagement and value, and the practices proven to both catapult and derail organizational growth and community-building objectives. Learn what it means to be truly member-centric and receive critical guidance and tools on how to start positioning your organization for greater success.
    • Month 2 — Sarah explains demographic shifts, workforce trends, and economic shifts in greater detail, explaining how each has impacted community-building, marketability, value, and positioning. Learn about the new cycle of member engagement that has emerged in recent years, as well as best practices for managing large scale change, and how to competitively position your organization in an ever-changing market.
    • Month 3 — Sarah shares strategies proven to yield membership growth and guides you through the process of creating your own strategy. Learn a simple, yet effective, way to chart a course for sustainable engagement and growth. In addition, Sarah shares examples and case studies of associations that successfully created a turn-around for their organizations and experienced tremendous growth as a result.
  • Community: Mastermind participants receive an invitation to a private online student community featuring the opportunity to post questions and engage in peer discussions between coaching intensives.
